Lillypuddles' Sales Contract

Buybacks
I allways require buybacks unless otherwise stated. This does not only go for our bred puppies, but every dog sold by Lillypuddles. These buybacks must be stated on the dogs' page. If you fail to offer us the dog back, it will be reclaimed, and you will no longer be able to purchase dogs from us.

Ageing
Unlike others, my dogs do not have ageing-restrictions on them, so every dog can be aged anytime without my approval. There is to be absolutely no back-ageing though! But, this does also mean that if you do not want the dog anymore, and give it back to me, I will age the dog anytime I want, to whatever age I want.

Stats
The dogs name, color, breed, bloodlines and so on, may not under any circumstances be changed or altered in any way.
Dogs sold under this contract is not allowed to be killed without my written consent.

Page URLs
A completed page URL is requiered within 14 days of the sale being approved. This means a page including stats, bloodlines, show record, progeny record and my buybacks on it. If the URL is changed or the dog moved, I must be informed and recieve the new URL. If a link goes broken, I will give you 14 days to either give me a good reason, or get me a new one. If I do not have it by then I will reclaim the dog. As mentioned earlier, the URL must be updated regularly. Regularly does not mean that i will check up on the horse every week, but you should be able to update the page atleast once a year. If not, the dog will be reclaimed.

Copying
A completed page URL is NOT simply copying my HTML. Do it yourself, I have worked more than hard enough for it, and if you don't want to put down any work in the dog, then don't buy it. If you have copied my HTML the dog will be reclaimed immidiatly. You are more than welcome to use my comments, but only if you give me credit! I have spendt numerous hours writing them, and I deserve to get credit for it.

SIM Games
Any dog bought from me are not allowed to be imported into any games without my written concent.
