Masque is a fiery, intelligent stallion with looks and energy to spare. On top of having outstanding Morgan conformation, with an elegantly arched neck and a well-balanced topline, his personality only adds to his 'too-good-for-you' demeanor. He's slightly taller than the average Morgan, and he knows it well. Whether he's prancing around his paddock or blowing hard through his nostrils upon entering the arena, Masque simply knows that he leaves an impression upon people. His attitude is that with an air of arrogance, but that only seems to make people admire him even more. He's well aware that he's a good-looking stallion and isn't going to let anyone tell him any different. Masque has shown a talent for Jumpers - speed, combined with an excellent in-built sense of where and when to take off before a jump, makes him an up-and-coming competitor in the Jumping world. He is also excelling in dressage, with his exceptional gaits. He has a loose, long-stepped walk and a bouncy, deliberate trot. But his best feature is his canter. It feels like riding on wind, and you wish that it will never stop. Even though Masque is loving and caring towards people, he will not tolerate any mature stallions or geldings around him. In the arenas he might tolerate them, unless they come to close, but he's got a need to show them who is the big boss on this farm. Because of this, he is stabled in our small stud stable, far away from the main area.

Before Masque was aquired by me, he had been shown by AIS. He has made it extremely well in every discipline and has proven himself as a great allrounder. He has now been showing for us since he turned 5 years and it's clear that he'll never let us down. No matter how tall a fence or complicated program, he shines and give his all. He is an amazing jumper, and a fast and accurate hunter. He simply loves to show off, no judge can take their eyes off him. As long as you trust him enough to let him do all the work he will trust you to show him the fastest way through a course. It took us some time to work out how to ride him, as he is not like the other horses we have here. He knows how to do his job, and he will not let you ruin it for him! He has a strong mind, and you really need to know him to show him. If you don't, he will act up and refuse to do what he is told. This is also one of the reasons why I'm the only one showing him. He needs someone he knows and trust, and I bonded with this great guy the minute I saw him.

Masque has given his outstanding confirmation and his somewhat fiery personality to his get. He has already started his breeding career, and there will be more to come. He has covered a few morgan mares, wich have all given birth to healthy and vibrant babies, who have proven to be loving and dedicated to their work. We have also tried breeding Masque to QH mares, with great success. I am probably keeping the little colt I have gelded, as he is an amazing horse, wich will turn in to one heck of a working cow horse one day. His fillies are just cuddly and loving though. The two are being turned out together and is showing great gaits and dedication for whatever you ask of them.
