Deceased Bay Thoroughbred Mare, 16.2hh
Eventing and Hunter
EE/AA

Ally is the sweetest thoroughbred mare I have ever met! She is so nice and easy to handle, you would think she was an old lesson horse. When I bought her from Maggie, she came with her 2 year old colt. I wasn't really looking for another eventing/hunter TB, or another stud colt, but once I saw these two I knew I had to have them. I have never regretted it. Ally is the nicest and most patient horse on this farm. She loves to walk around with kids on her back, and the next thing you know she will be speeding around the cross country course with an advanced rider. She has proven herself to be an asset to this farm over and over. She is one of my favourites when it comes to breaking our youngsters to riders. She will be the steady mare wich keeps them calm and quiet, and shows them it's nothing to worry about. Ally is also an excellent babysitter. She is turned out with our youngsters at a daily basis. Ally has proven herself to be worth every penny I paid for her more than once.

Ally is truely an amazing horse. In addition to all her farm-duties, she also has proven herself to be an amazing showhorse. She had been trained alittle before she came to us, but we desided to train her for about 6 months more before we entered her in a show. It really paid off! In her first show she made res. show champion! This is so much more than we would have expected, so we thought it might just be a lucky day. But she has proven herself time after time, and has earned herself quite the reputation. she moves like on air, and her jump is powerful and huge. But her real potential is truely in hunter classes. She is such a quiet and smooth ride, and it's not possible to not notice her. She has the prettiest color I've ever seen on a thoroughbred, a soft brown/bay color, and a refined head to top it off. Her hindquarters is packed with muscle, and her chest is deep. She is truely a wonderful showhorse, both for undersaddle, over fences and in-hand showing!

When I bought Ally and her son, Unbridled Attraction, he was allready 2 years old, so I did not have the chance to see this mare in foal or with a foal at her side. But I do believe she must be an excellent mother, as she is so sweet to our other babies. Unbridled Attraction is also an amazing racehorse.

Comments by Maggie

She would make an excellent dressage or event horse. She's also quiet and fancy enough for hunters. Always eager to work and quick to learn. She will give you all the power and speed you desire and still be soft in your hands.
