This beautiful and well-trained mare is a delight to work with. She is really sweetnatured and very well set, and she is developing very well in her event- and hunter-training. And she simply loves it! She bucks around a little when you're warming her up, but when you ask her to consentrate, she does. She's one of the lower ranking horses here, but she has a good friend in our TB mare Auntie Needed, and she will stick up for her whenever she needs it. Lady is loveing towards both her horsey friends and her human friends. She has been with us for some time now, and has proven to be worth what I paid for her, and alot more! She is a great horse to work with, no matter what you ask of her; in training, showing or just around the stable. She loves both the vet and farrier, and is caring towards children. She also loves to play around around with our young fillies, but if they go to far she will put them back in their place. She will definately make an excellent contribution to our Irish Draught breeding program once she is old enough to be retired.

Lady had not been shown or professionally trained when we got her, but now she is staying with a trainer, and has been entered in alot of shows. She is showing dedication and a very good will to work. Her gaits are heavenly and her jump is big and scopey, so she is amazing all judges and viewers. She has been doing outstanding in the showring! She started showing in eventing disciplines only, as a four year old, and did pretty good. But it was first late in her five year old season she really started showing what she's good for. She started filling out, and at the same time she started showing a whole new love for her work, and we also discovered that shse might be even more versatile than we first thought. So we started showing her in hunter classes to, and she is doing better than we would ever think! Her confirmation is also close to perfect so I'm looking forward to seeing what this big, loving girl will accomplish in the future, both as a halter horse, a hunter and eventing star and, hopefully, one of our leading broodmares once she reaches retirement age.
